The CAPIC Weatherization Program provides cost efficient home energy services to low-income families, elderly, and handicapped individuals.
The program provides and installs such items as: air sealing, weather stripping, installation of windows and insulation of walls and attics for eligible homeowners and renters.
After each home is audited by our certified Energy Auditors, the work is completed by a contractor, who is assigned by CAPIC.
Upon completion of the work, CAPIC's Energy Auditors inspect each home to ensure all Federal regulations have been met. Last year, insulation, air sealing and other energy conservation measures were offered to over 200 homeowners and renters through CAPIC's Weatherization Program.

Fuel Assistance Program.
